Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga. - IAYT

Yoga Therapy integrates modern tools and practices of Yoga to support the client in achieving the desired goals that they bring to the sessions. These 1:1 sessions are crafted based on the client’s needs. The sessions are facilitated in both formats: in-person and virtual. In-person sessions can be facilitated at a local studio space or at my practice in Plymouth, MA.

The therapist offers the tools, and the work is done with the complete support and engagement of both the Therapist and the client.

The option for in-person travel is also available at an additional cost.

What to expect?

⧫ A 90-minute whole-person health intake.

⧫ You can expect to explore your health holistically through the lens of Yoga: Mind, Breath or Energy, and Body.

⧫ A thoroughly crafted session based on your intake, objectives, and a supported practice you can take home.

⧫ Working with tools that can include Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Mindfulness and Meditation, Mudras, Sound Therapy, and assignments based on your practice and needs.

⧫ Discover and experiment with self-care practices to bring balance to your everyday life.

⧫ Preventative medicine and support and regulation of current disease.

⧫ To learn how to navigate what arises in the mental, physical, and energy levels. Why? How? Where do you feel it?
